("Fleming & Hall") and RCA Insurance Group ("RCA") today announced that an affiliate of Capacity Coverage has entered into a strategic investment in Tri-Partners Field Claims Services, LLC. ("Tri-Partners").

Through this strategic investment, Capacity Coverage has partnered with Fleming & Hall and RCA to continue Tri-Partners' growth into a preeminent national field claims service operation. Tri-Partners focuses on providing investigation and adjustment services to specialty insurance carriers throughout the continental United States.

It currently concentrates on the following lines of business: Commercial Property, General Liability, Transportation, Construction and Miscellaneous E&O.

Its team includes both highly experienced claim specialists and private investigators who have significant insurance defense, coverage and national litigation backgrounds. This dynamic mix of claim and investigative specialists helps to ensure superior claims service and effective litigation management on every claim.
