MADERA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CalViva Health and Health Net Community Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Health Net of California, Inc., tomorrow are presenting the 2012 Madera County Community SolutionMakers Awards to two organizations that help make a positive difference in the health and well-being of the communities they serve:

  • Darin M. Camarena Health Centers
  • Community Action Partnership of Madera County

Community Office Grand Opening

In conjunction with the SolutionMakers Award presentations,CalViva Health and Health Net are hosting an open house to celebrate the grand opening of CalViva Health’s downtown Madera Community Office serving beneficiaries in Madera County, located at 525 East Yosemite Avenue. The awards presentation is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and the open house is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursday, July 12, 2012.
