According to a media release, the standardized, professional development training program consists of 15 live and interactive webinars and 38 recorded "on-demand" modules that range in length from 4-30 minutes.The program materials address both hard and soft skills to help financial professionals to better understand their clients' needs, to empathize with clients about their goals and dreams, and to handle the administrative aspects of their jobs efficiently and effectively.
