CCC ONE™ Touch Now Available for Download

Writing an estimate at the vehicle is now a reality as CCC Information Services announced today that its CCC ONE™ Touch mobile estimating app is available for download via the Windows® Store. CCC ONE Touch is extending the CCC ONE™ Estimating logic, creating a mobile app that leverages human touch as an efficient and simple means of documenting vehicle damage. It's the first vehicle repair estimating app that is built specifically for a mobile device using an intuitive user interface designed to support multi-point gestures.

A pre-release of CCC ONE Touch has been in use by hundreds of repair shops since October 2013. "Using the app allows us to give the customer a more personal experience, keep the customer engaged in the estimating process, and increases our capture ratio," said Brian Huntley, Bodyshop Manager, Jack Maxton Chevrolet in Columbus, OH.

Estimators can check in a vehicle, complete the estimate and print a copy as they stand with their customer. This engagement is being used to educate, build trust, and capture more business."

CCC ONE Touch is now available at no additional charge to all CCC ONE Estimating repair shop customers that subscribe to CCC ONE™ Documents (digital imaging).
