Co announced that GlaxoSmithKline's (GSK) herpes zoster vaccine candidate, which contains Antigenics' QS-21 Stimulon adjuvant as a key component, has commenced Phase 3 clinical trials for the prevention of shingles. Antigenics is entitled to receive "significant" milestone payments, in addition to royalties based upon sales of any vaccine containing QS-21 that is approved and marketed by its QS-21 licensees or their partners.

Co announces it has entered into an Amended and Restated License, Development and Marketing Agreement with Allergan (AGN), which revises terms related to the PROLACRIA (diquafosol tetrasodium ophthalmic solution) 2% development program and Inspire's right to receive revenues from Allergan based on net sales of RESTASIS (cyclosporine ophthalmic emulsion) 0.05% and any other human ophthalmic formulations of cyclosporine owned or controlled by Allergan.
