Blue Frog Solutions Given Positive Reviews by Its Customers, Survey Finds

POMPANO BEACH, Fla., Aug. 14, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- According to a client survey performed by Blue Frog Solutions, a leading provider of Life & Annuity Order Management and Compliance Solutions for the life insurance and annuities industry, 86.8 percent of Blue Frog customers are satisfied with the overall value provided with their relationship with the company.

Blue Frog performed its 2008 Client Survey in June, surveying its entire client base of 54 leading life and annuity firms and distributors to determine its customers' satisfaction with the reliability of its software, the staff's competency, performance, availability and credibility, and the content, clarity and timing of the company's communications. The survey also queried Blue Frog customers about their satisfaction with their overall relationship with the solution provider and about their confidence in the firm's long-term stability.

"We take our customers' opinions and concerns very seriously. This survey enabled our clients to give us a 'report card' on our performance," says Dan Smith, Blue Frog's CEO. "We are taking all responses into consideration in our efforts to make our solutions -- and our service -- continually better."

The credibility of Blue Frog's staff scored high in the survey, with 94.4 percent of all respondents reporting satisfaction in this area. Nearly 93 percent (92.6%) of all clients reported satisfaction with the competency of the Blue Frog staff.

A wide majority of respondents believe Blue Frog listens to and understands their concerns and needs. According to one respondent, "This was one of the main reasons we chose Blue Frog as a partner. They do listen and help in any way they can. Having direct access to whoever you need is also very important. We appreciate their desire to help us by really listening to our needs -- not telling us how we should do our business."
