Black Hills Corporation Offers a New Smartphone App That Lets Customers Visually Navigate Through Phone Menus Before Placing a Call

PR Web

Rapid City, SD (PRWEB) November 01, 2013

Black Hills Corp. utility customers can now download a free Zappix app that allows them to quickly navigate phone menus when they call their utility’s customer service number. This eliminates the frustration and errors that can happen with voice menus.

Customers can also get one-click access to make payments, get outage information and other self-service options available to them on their utility’s website.

Customers served by Black Hills Energy, Black Hills Power or Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power can download the Zappix iPhone or Android app to their smartphone. The Zappix app is a secure option that allows customers to store and retrieve their account number so they don’t have to remember it each time they call.

“Being committed to a personalized customer service experience means making sure our customers have access to options that best fits their lifestyle,” said Randy Winkelman, Vice President of Customer Service. “We want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to do business with us. This is one way we are providing innovations to the customer service experience.”

Black Hills Corp. utility customers may learn more about and download the app as follows:
