Barbara Meyer, Rockland County/Orange County Regional Manager of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, announced today that BHG Rand Realty has named Rachael Heiss the new assistant manager for their Pearl River branch office in Rockland County, NY. A native of Suffern, NY, Heiss is an award winning agent with over 10 years industry experience.
