Beller named president of St. Joseph’s community council [The Bellingham Herald, Wash.]

May 23--Joan Beller, a retired accountant and member of St. Joseph hospital's Community Council, has been selected president of the council.

Beller also serves PeaceHealth as a patient representative to the medical executive committee. She has a history of local volunteer service to the community, including membership on the Industrial Credit Union board, Whatcom County Relay for Life committee and the City of Ferndale Planning Commission.

The Community Council provides advisory support to St. Joseph in matters involving relationships between the hospital and the community. Members learn about healthcare issues, offer input and feedback and use networking to help St.Joseph remain close to matters that affect health services.

St. Joseph hospital, a not-for-profit full-service hospital sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace, is part of the PeaceHealth system with hospitals in Alaska, Washington and Oregon.

CENTURY 21 BAY NAMES TOP ASSOCIATES

Steve Brimmer, Jen Freeman, Steve Mason, Sandra Mulhern, and Theresa Reavis were the top five producing sales associates for Century 21 Bay Properties in 2009.

BAILEY JOINS BEVERLY HILLS LAW FIRM

CENTURY 21'S REAVIS EARNS DESIGNATION

KINVILLE IS NEW CAPTAIN FOR FOREST SERVICE

Kim Kinville is the new patrol captain for the Forest Service's Northwest Washington Zone.

She will oversee law enforcement personnel on the Olympic and Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and work out of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest supervisor's office in Everett, Wash.

She came from the Green Mountain National Forest in Vermont where she was a K9 handler.
