Barney & Barney: Scott Foster Joins San Francisco Office [Professional Services Close – Up]

, an independent insurance brokerage, announced that Scott Foster, an insurance brokerage executive, has joined Barney & Barney in San Francisco.

According to a release, Foster will work with a team of Barney & Barney professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering commercial property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, workers compensation, compensation consulting, executive liability, personal lines and surety.

"Scott Foster is a proven sales executive whose knowledge and experience will help Barney & Barney serve clients in the San Francisco Bay Area," said Michael Mirsky, Principal and Managing Director. "Scott joins an expanding team of professionals in our San Francisco and Oakland offices."

Barney & Barney noted that, in June, it expanded its Northern California operations with the opening of a San Francisco office at One Market Street in Steuart Tower. The San Francisco office currently has five employees and expects to add 20 employees over the next few years. Barney & Barney'sSan Francisco and Oakland offices specialize in working with clients in technology, life science, and healthcare, as well as a wide range of professional services firms.
