"This was no easy feat in Northern Colorado and we didn't have any properties under management that met this family's specific size and location needs," says Deb. "We had to work with a builder in Loveland to lease a unit in his new apartment building. We then furnished the rental and provided it to the family. It was a rewarding experience to help this family find the short-term housing they needed during a difficult time in their lives."

The Saleks look forward to 2015, and are aggressively planning for increased growth and to adding additional properties to their core inventory.
