In his speech, “Speed + Behavior = ROI,” DeGraide will address an audience of property and casualty insurance carriers, mainly of commercial lines, from across the country. He will share the secrets to gaining more market share in an ever increasing competitive marketplace.
His speech will include:
• How to get to the consumer first.
• How certain behaviors can get insurance providers closer to social consumers who are researching and buying insurance online.
DeGraide will talk about not only speed, but how technology can affect the speed of getting in touch with insurance consumers. He will pull examples from successful practices he’s witnessed and share those best practices with Insurity’s customers.
