DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AssociaTitle is pleased to announce it has appointed Mary Nell Gibbins Vice President and Senior Escrow Officer at its corporate headquarters located in the heart of Uptown Dallas at Crescent Court.

Gibbins carries more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on residential, commercial and builder real estate closings, office management and corporate training.

Prior to arriving at AssociaTitle, Gibbins was Senior Escrow Officer for William M. Woodall, P.C. in Dallas where she was responsible for residential and commercial closings.

She has also served as both Office Manager and Escrow Officer with Stewart Title North Texas and Allegiance Title/Dawn Enoch Moore, P.C., all based in Dallas.

Gibbins is actively involved in the Dallas community. She was a member of the Junior League of Dallas, participated with Habitat for HumanityDallas, and was also a member of the MetroTex Leadership Class of 2000-2001. Gibbins also participated in the Disney World Marathon benefitting the American Stroke Association.
