Purchase Further Expands Expertise, Resources to College & University Market
Kansas City, MO - March 24, 2011 - Ascension Insurance, Inc. announces the acquisition of Netherton & Boles, Inc., located in Atlanta, GA, effective 1/31/11. Netherton & Boles specializes primarily in employee benefits consulting and brokerage to colleges and universities as well as commercial businesses. The acquisition is part of Ascension’s strategy to build a national platform of risk management, insurance and employee benefits firms featuring specialized market expertise. Ascension is headquartered in Kansas City, MO., and has 32 offices throughout the U.S.
