Ascension Appoints Del Grande Director of Business Development

Ascension has announced the appointment of Jason Del Grande as Director of Business Development, in the company’s Walnut Creek operation.In his new position Del Grande will be responsible for generating new clients, as well as attracting new producers and agencies nationwide.
Del Grande brings nearly 10 years of industry and business development experience to Ascension. Most recently, he spent 2 years at a large global brokerage with 20,000 employees where he distinguished himself as the top new business originator in the company, setting up 900 new meetings in 26 months and generating over 1 million dollars in new business.
According to Ascension President and Chief Operating Officer, Joe Tatum, Del Grande’s role is part of Ascension’s strategic plan to become the nation’s premier benefits and insurance specialist, “We are very pleased that Jason will be joining our Ascension team.
