Oct. 04--CULLMAN -- Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

--Failure to appear-insurance violation -- Candice Renee Kinser, 31, of Hillsboro, Tenn., arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

--Theft of property, unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia -- Lisa Diane Wise, 41, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

--Domestic violence -- Johnny Gregory Swann, 32, of Cullman arrested at the Economy Inn.

--Domestic violence -- Fallon Marie Weeks, 25, of Cullman arrested at the Economy Inn.

--Unlawful possession of marijuana -- Scotty Dewayne Graham, 33, of Cullman arrested on Cherokee Ave. SW at Lee Ave. SW.

--Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia -- Elizabeth Ann Chandler, 21, of Vinemont arrested at the old Stuckey's on Highway 31 N.

Incidents

--Harassment -- Olive St. SW.

--Domestic violence -- City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. NW, arrest made.

--Unlawful possession of marijuana -- City of Cullman, Lee Ave. SW at Cherokee, arrest made.

--Theft of property -- Walmart, Olive St. SW, general merchandise-$62, arrest made.

--Theft of property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance -- Walmart, Olive St. SW, clothing/food-$381, arrest made.

Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff's Office for Thursday:

Arrests

--Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (5 counts) -- Candice Megan Anderson, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

--Failure to appear/pay/comply-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument -- Allen Dale Davis, 56, arrested on Chad Drive.

--Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance -- Joshua Rowdy McDonald, 23, arrested on County Road 1485.

--Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance -- Michael William Phares, 31, arrested on County Road 1485.

--Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance -- Tammy Wright, 34, arrested on County Road 1485.

Incidents

--Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia -- County Road 831 at County Road 827.

--Criminal mischief -- County Road 804.

--Burglary -- County Road 1339.

--Cat bite -- County Road 1534.

--Theft of property -- County Road 760.

--Criminal trespassing -- County Road 223.

--Reckless driving -- Buettner Drive.

--Theft of property -- County Road 1555.

--Domestic violence -- County Road 588.

--Theft of property -- Chad Drive.

These reports are taken from the Cullman Police Department and the Cullman County Sheriff's Office incidents reports. All information reflects the opinions of the complainants.
