-- Rebecca Combs, 27, of Evarts, non-payment of fines;

-- Whitney Faith Cooper, 24, of Loyall, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

-- Gregory B. Cornett, 40, of Loyall, driving on a DUI suspended license and possessing license when privileges are revoked;

-- Jamie Darlene Ellison, 31, of Harlan, failure to appear;

-- David Neal Hall, 25, of Harlan, non-payment of fines;

-- Calan Dewayne Hensley, 24, of Baxter, theft by unlawful taking;

-- Jonathan Charles Hickey, 34, of Richmond, failure to appear;

-- Brian Timothy Jones, 37, of Baxter, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

-- Justin Luther McQueen, 26, of Lejunior, second-degree disorderly conduct and intimidating a participant in a legal process;

-- Claude Mitchell Mills, 45, of Beauty, failure to appear;

-- Scott A. Napier II, 25, of Harlan, non-payment of fines;

-- Leslie Louise Napier, 30, of Cawood, failure to appear;

-- Rosemary Osborne, 44, of Cumberland, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance;

-- Amber Ray, 21, of Evarts, contempt of court;

-- Joshua Wayne Reeder, 21, of Lawnvalle, no insurance, no registration plates, no registration receipt, license to be in possession and non-payment of fines;

-- Bryan C. Robbins, 36, of Lejunior, non-payment of fines and failure to appear;

-- Richard Shane Saylor, 43, of Wallins, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle;

-- Phillip Skidmore, 51, of Harlan, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication by a controlled substance (excludes alcohol);

-- Patricia Jean Slusher, 23, of Smith, theft by unlawful taking under $500;

-- Brooke Leenicole Tindell, 28, of Lejunior, contempt of court;

-- Patricia Warf, 37, of Evarts, drug court sanction;

-- Nathanial Ray Wilson, 24, of Cumberland, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance and no operator's/moped license;

-- Steven Adam Wilson, 28, of Bledsoe, failure to appear, improper registration plates, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle and operating on a suspended or revoked license;

-- Marcus Wayne Young, 39, of Harlan, drug court sanction and non-payment of fines.
