American Integrity Offers Premium Discounts for Newer Manufactured Homes
TAMPA, Fla. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - American Integrity Insurance Company announced today that it is reducing its rates by an average of 10 percent statewide for customers who live in manufactured homes that are 10 years or newer in certain non- coastal Florida regions.
Bob Ritchie, American Integrity’s CEO and President said, “We want to underscore our strong commitment to the Florida manufactured home community. We are dedicated to these customers, and as fellow Floridians facing hurricane season, we understand this commitment must be driven by stability, professionalism and integrity. This market segment and manufactured home customers are important to us.”
Andy Mrak, of Storm Ready Services, a manufactured home “Tie down” and anchoring company, had this to say about the company: “The only choice for many manufactured home owners was Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and now, they have access to another alternative. I talk to manufactured homeowners daily who struggle to find coverage and American Integrity’s willingness to step up and offer this product at a reduced premium means a great deal to my customers.”
Newer manufactured homes continue to improve in value, size and strength thanks to improved manufacturing and installation standards required by the State of Florida. American Integrity’s business model meets the insurance needs of these homeowners, and is within the very small cadre of carriers to offer coverage to owners of high valued manufactured homes with coverage similar to site built homes.
Customers of newer manufactured homes have choices when seeking an insurer, and American Integrity is excited to have the chance to earn this business.
