Allied Solutions Names 2 New Members of Senior Management

Allied Solutions, a provider of products and services to financial institutions across the country, added two executives to its senior management team.

According to a release, Michael Clouser joined the firm as vice president and chief legal officer. Most recently, Clouser was insurance regulatory counsel at Kemper Corp. He also was assistant general counsel at Nationwide Insurance. Clouser will move to the Indianapolis area from Dallas, TX.

The firm noted that Mike Naughton joined Allied Solutions as senior vice president of client services. Most recently, Naughton was vice president and senior risk officer at PNC Bank. Before that, he was senior vice president of Bank of America's Insurance Services Group.
