Actec Systems Expands Absence Management Services
| PR Web |
Actec assists many types of businesses, including large-scale airline and manufacturing organizations, with responsive and refined absence management solutions. Absence types include casual absence, FML, and disability. Actec's solutions help organizations realize significant costs savings by reducing absenteeism and overtime.
Actec's new Absence Reporting Program simplifies the leave process for both HR departments and employees. Many experts estimate that 95 percent of the U.S. population works in states with unique leave entitlements and that employers waste more than 10 percent of payroll in lost productivity from absences.
Actec's enhanced absence management programs can result in millions of dollars in savings for larger employers. Organizations working with Actec:
• Promote consistent leave administration
• Track and quantify frequency and cost of absences
• Improve and accelerate claim reviews and reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
• Increase productivity by reducing the number and length of absences
How it Works
Actec establishes a centralized calling number for reporting all absence types, including casual (sickness, injury, tardy, family issues, etc.), disability, family medical leave, military duty leave, jury duty leave and funeral/bereavement. Actec then customizes a routing path to ensure all supervisors and HR personnel have the pertinent information received via emails, text messages and phone calls. The program can be self-administered or handled through Actec or the carrier. Control reports are sent as frequently as needed. "Because of our refined systems and deep industry expertise," said Actec Vice President
