WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 -- Humano Seguros S.A., Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, won an $11,288,335 federal contract from the U.S. Department of State for life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, partial and total disability insurance services to the locally hired employees of the U.S. Mission in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
