eGain Reports Insurance and Financial Services Group Accelerates Omnichannel Customer Engagement

eGain, a provider of cloud-based customer engagement solutions, announced that a US-based insurance and financial services group of companies has deployed an eGain-powered customer engagement hub (CEH) in the cloud to accelerate sales and service across digital, contact center, and field channels.
According to a release, diversified across property, casualty, life, and health insurance as well as an array of financial services, the carrier serves more than 1 million households and businesses in the US. The company wanted to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while scaling smart customer engagement across its websites, contact center, and field agents in a cost- effective manner. Implementing a CEH was the answer.
