NAIC Expands Funded Consumer Representative Program

The Consumer Liaison Program (http://www.naic.org/consumer_participation.htm) was established in 1992 to encourage consumer representation and participation in NAIC meetings. The NAIC provides reimbursement for travel expenses for qualified funded consumer representatives to enable their participation.
The application process (http://www.naic.org/Releases/2016_docs/naic_seeks_2017_consumer_liaison_representatives.htm) for 2017 consumer representatives is currently in process and representatives will be announced early next year.
