Each year, the Highlands Ranch Award Program identifies companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and their community. A variety of sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category, focusing on quality, not quantity.

Johnson - State Farm Insurance became an official drop-off location for the global anti-poverty organization, Soles4Souls, Inc. in <chron>November 2013 and is proud to announce they have collected over 80 pairs of shoes to date. "We just mailed our first shipment of shoes, sending over 80 pairs for kids, women and men. This was a spectacular feeling. We are still offering the community our office to drop off their gently worn or new shoes so that we may continue supporting such a noble organization," said Marketing Representative, Micki Goodeill.
