International law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has elevated to Shareholder eight Florida attorneys in the Miami, Orlando, and West Palm Beach offices: Drew M. Altman; Jonathan C. Chane; Courtney M. Keller; Ilene K. Kobert; Jason K. Okleshen; Ian M. Ross; Victor Semah; and Brenda K. Supple. James A. Carenza was elevated to Of Counsel.

Altman, a member of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group at the firm’s Miami office, focuses his practice on securities matters, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and general corporate and business law matters. He received a law degree, magna cum laude, in 2006 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Chane, a member of the Litigation Practice Group at the firm’s West Palm Beach office, focuses his practice on a wide range of litigation, with emphasis on the defense of product liability actions and commercial business disputes. He received a law degree in 1997 from the Stetson University College of Law.

Keller, a member of the Litigation Practice Group at the firm’s Orlando office, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with emphasis on cases involving real estate transactions, business disputes, and intellectual property matters. She received a law degree, magna cum laude, in 2006 from the Southern Illinois University School of Law.

Kobert, a member of the Real Estate Practice Group at the firm’s Miami office, concentrates her practice in various areas of commercial real estate law. She received a law degree, cum laude, in 1988 from the University of Miami.

Okleshen, a member of the Litigation Practice Group at the firm’s West Palm Beach office, focuses his practice on real estate, commercial, and business litigation. He received a law degree, cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ross, a member of the Litigation Practice Group at the firm’s Miami office, focuses his practice on commercial and securities litigation, professional liability actions, and government investigations. He received a law degree, cum laude, in 2005 from Duke University School of Law.

Semah, a member of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group at the firm’s Miami office, focuses his practice on corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions. He received a law degree, cum laude, in 2006 from Boston University School of Law.

Supple, assistant general counsel for Greenberg Traurig, advises the firm in the areas of professional responsibility and risk management, including issues of conflicts of interest and firm policy. She received a law degree in 1997 from St. Thomas University School of Law.

Carenza, member of the Real Estate Practice Group of the firm’s Miami office, focuses his practice on general commercial real estate matters. He received a law degree in 2001 from Fordham University School of Law.
