XL Catlin in Italy Launches Accident, Health Insurance Solution

XL Catlin's insurance operation in Italy today announced that it has officially launched its Accident and Health insurance solution designed to help Italian businesses protect their people in the face of emerging risks and heightened security threats.

This new global Accident and Health insurance solution provides comprehensive personal accident, health and business travel insurance with a wide range of support and response services. Three different products are now available and solutions can be tailored to clients' specific circumstances and needs:

In addition to the traditional Death and Permanent Disability coverage, XL Catlin's solution provides innovative benefits to both employee and employer, such as home or vehicle renovation in case of severe permanent disability or Corporate Reputation Protection.

* Business Travel Accident reduces and prevents risk on business travels. The comprehensive list of benefits includes services such as expert medical and security crisis response and evacuation, emergency cash advance and coverage for death or permanent disablement.

* Health Care increases the safety and well-being of employees and their families. This product allows employees to access specialised tests and treatments, while enhancing the sense of affinity to the company.
