Worley Claims Services Announces Acquisition of RJMW Claims Services

HAMMOND, La. & CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Worley Claims Services (“Worley”), a recognized leader in insurance claims services in the United States, has announced the acquisition of RJMW Claims Services, Inc. (“RJMW”), a provider of daily and catastrophe residential and commercial property claims services based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1982, RJMW is one of the largest independent insurance claims adjusting and services providers in the U.S. The company is a multi-line insurance adjusting firm providing daily and specialized claims administration services for all claim types, including Residential, Commercial, Flood, Litigation and Third Party Administrative claim services.
