Ethos Capital, BCI, and White Mountains to Partner with BroadStreet and Ontario Teachers' to Drive Next Chapter of Growth

Under the terms of the agreement, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan ("Ontario Teachers'") will maintain a significant co-control stake and operate in partnership with the Ethos-led investor group.
