PEMBROKE, Bermuda (AP) _ Watord Holdings Ltd. (WTRE) on Thursday reported third-quarter net income of $79.2 million.
The Pembroke, Bermuda-based company said it had profit of $3.92 per share.
The insurance and reinsurance company posted revenue of $239.3 million in the period.
Watford Holdings shares have increased 40% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $35.30, a rise of 24% in the last 12 months.
