Vertafore Strengthens Commitment to Carriers with ImageRight 6.2 Release

PR Web

Bothell, WA (PRWEB) April 26, 2016

Vertafore, the leader in modern insurance technology, today unveiled the latest version of ImageRight®, which includes key feature updates designed to help carriers streamline operations, increase productivity and improve compliance. With ImageRight 6.2, customers benefit from high availability and scalability, enhanced image quality for creating high-resolution PDFs, and push notifications for deeper integration with policy, claims, accounting and other core insurance systems. This is the third major update to ImageRight in less than a year and is available immediately to all carrier customers.

In today's increasingly competitive environment, insurers rely on continued product development to boost productivity, eliminate risk, and simplify operations in order to beat out competition. A recent study by PwC found that 88 percent of insurance CEOs rely on digital technology solutions to strengthen operational efficiency. By streamlining key processes such as quoting, underwriting, and claims, ImageRight eliminates time-consuming manual processes so insurers can focus on growing their book of business.

ImageRight 6.2 was developed with the modern insurer in mind. This enhanced version is engineered to provide redundancy where multiple server instances can be deployed in a cluster to avoid a single point of failure, providing carriers availability, load balancing and scalability. Additionally, documents in the new version of ImageRight are stored as high res PDFs that can be easily shared across all distribution channels. The new version also powers a push-notification framework, which allows integrated applications to subscribe to events when documents are created, updated, moved, copied or deleted. This capability allows for bidirectional integration with policy, claims, accounting systems, and other Vertafore solutions to ensure users have the most accurate information at all times. Enhanced document retention management provides insurers with piece of mind that information assets do not become liabilities and document purging meet legal date requirements.

"At Vertafore, we put our customers at the center of our innovation efforts," said Theo Beack, chief technology officer for Vertafore. "The newest release of ImageRight incorporate a number of important improvements based on direct customer design feedback. Our aim with this release was to improve search capabilities, making it easier to find content and streamlining how users manage their workflows."

Today, Vertafore works with 80 percent of the top 100 insurance carriers and 96 of the top 100 independent agencies. As the only insurance technology provider that delivers solutions to all players in the insurance ecosystem, Vertafore's end-to-end product capabilities and extensive visibility helps to enhance the carrier and agent relationship, which translates to higher customer success rates. The continuous improvement of ImageRight is testament to Vertafore's commitment to the carrier companies in the industry.

For those attending the IASA conference in San Antonio June 12-15, Vertafore will be demonstrating and presenting ImageRight 6.2 throughout the event.
