Update on Binding Offer for insurance company acquisition

Following the expiry of the Binding Offer on 29 July for the acquisition of an insurance company in Italy, the counterparty has not officially dissolved the reserve towards Photonike Capital. in the meantime, Photonike Capital will reopen the application file for the reinsurance license in Belgium which had been frozen during the negotiations for the purchase of the Italian insurance company.
