Mergers & Acquisitions Daily News

2026 JAN 22 (NewsRx) -- By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Mergers & Acquisitions Daily News -- Hayden Smith, CEO of United Risk, announced that United Risk has signed an agreement to acquire DUAL North America’s Crisis Management program and underwriting team.
