Former President Trump said Monday he will pay a $175 million bond set by a New York appeals court in his civil fraud case. A five-judge state appeals court panel in a Monday ruling said it would pause the enforcement of the $464 million judgment against Trump, the Trump Organization and top executives, with interest, if they post a $175 million bond within 10 days.
