TAMPA— When the father of a Seminole family lost his job in June, his family’ s health insurance disappeared too. Overwhelmed and anxious, the family reached out to the Family Healthcare Foundation, a nonprofit which helps families find insurance solutions. The cuts could hit hardest in Florida and Tampa Bay.
