The Standard Hires Joshua Burnett as Retirement Plan Consultant

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Standard announced the hiring of Joshua Burnett as a retirement plan consultant for its Central Sales Region. He is based in The Standard’s Kansas City retirement plans sales and service office.

Burnett has more than 10 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry, specializing in retirement plans. Prior to joining The Standard, Josh worked as a regional sales director for Mutual of Omaha where he also held previous roles as a national wholesaler and retirement new business consultant.

Josh graduated from Bellevue University with a master’s degree in management and a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. He sits on the board of directors of the Omaha Society of Financial Services Professionals and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist^SM designation, as well as Series 6 and 63 licenses.
