Texas-based workers’ compensation insurer improves business agility and enhances customer and user experience

The company is also in the process of implementing Guidewire InfoCenter™ as its new business intelligence solution.

Texas Mutual deployed Guidewire Core and Data products to modernize its aging, internally-built systems and transform the way it does business. Together, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and DataHub provide its users with a more advanced product suite and user-friendly experience. Implementing DataHub with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter at the same time helped Texas Mutual view the data challenge holistically and reduce risk to the project, while improving business insight and providing long-term sustainability. Texas Mutual, now a fully-deployed Guidewire InsuranceSuite™ customer, has been in production with Guidewire ClaimCenter® since 2014.
