Sen. Scott Introduces Bill to Amend National Flood Insurance Act of 1968

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 2916) to "amend the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to require that certain information is made publicly available."

The bill was introduced on Sept. 30. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
