Sen. Scott Introduces Bill on Write Your Own Companies

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 2913) to "ensure that Write Your Own companies can sell private flood insurance products that compete with National Flood Insurance Program products."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 30. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
