Sen. Cruz Introduces Bill to Repeal Patient, Health Acts

WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 106) to "repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 entirely."

The bill was introduced on Jan. 11 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Mike Lee, R-Utah, Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Rand Paul, R-Ky. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
