SECURA Insurance Welcomes Two New Market Managers to Support Continued Growth

APPLETON, Wisconsin, Aug. 14 -- SECURA Insurance, a service-focused, relationship-driven, mutual, property and casualty insurance company, issued the following news release:

Page Denny and Lisa Switzer have been named SECURA's newest market managers for the state of Arizona and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, respectively. Based in Appleton, Wis., SECURA offers personal, commercial, and specialty lines coverage in 12 states.

"Page and Lisa both bring a wealth of insurance knowledge to their roles and are focused on meeting the needs of our independent agency partners as we grow our business."

Denny joins SECURA from RLI Insurance where she most recently held the position of senior underwriter. She brings a solid understanding of commercial insurance to this sales position, having served as an account manager, claims leader, and customer service representative with various companies.

Denny graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in religious studies. She currently holds an Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designation and a Property and Casualty License for the state of Arizona. She will complete her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in December.

Switzer brings 28 years of experience in the insurance industry to her new role with a diverse mix of Commercial, Personal, and Specialty Lines roles. She was an underwriter for much of her career, starting in crop insurance before shifting her focus to more mainstream products. Most recently she served as senior territory manager with Liberty Mutual.

Switzer graduated summa cum laude from Midway College with a Bachelor of Arts in management. She currently holds an Associate in Underwriting (AU) designation and will complete her CPCU designation this fall.

These market manager positions became available because of two internal promotions. Brett Purcell was recently promoted from the Arizona market manager role to director-sales, overseeing SECURA's growth in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri. Tripp Humston was recently promoted from the Kentucky market manager role to director-sales, overseeing SECURA's growth in Kentucky, Michigan, and Indiana.
