School bus accident yields fifty count indictment
According to court records,
Kiser reportedly told officers at the scene that he had taken Oxycontin. A search of Kiser's vehicle uncovered twenty-four oxycodone and one Xanax.

The indictment handed down last week charged Kiser with the following charges:
-- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
-- Reckless driving
-- Failure to wear seat belt
-- Failure to produce insurance card
-- Failure to maintain insurance
-- First-degree possession of a controlled substance
-- Third-degree possession of a controlled substance
-- 42 counts of first-degree wanton endangerment
This is not Kiser's first run in with the law. The August accident was his third charge of driving under the influence in six years. Kiser had previously been found guilty of driving under the influence in 2009 and again in 2012. Kiser was also found guilty of leaving the scene of an accident and wanton endangerment in 2012.
In September, Kiser requested to be sent to treatment at the Isaiah House, a residential faith-based drug and alcohol treatment facility for men and women. On
