SAIF Selects Guidewire Systems for Policy Administration, Underwriting, and Billing Management

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Computer Weekly News -- Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE:GWRE), a provider of software products to Property/Casualty (P/C) insurers, announced SAIF Corporation, Oregon's not-for-profit, state-chartered workers' compensation insurance company, will be implementing Guidewire software. Specifically, SAIF has selected Guidewire PolicyCenter® as its new underwriting, rating, and policy administration system and Guidewire BillingCenter® to manage its billing operations, including agency and commissions.
SAIF selected PolicyCenter and BillingCenter to replace the company's internally-developed policy administration and billing management systems. The company also selected Guidewire Rating Management™, Client Data Management, and Business Intelligence for InsuranceSuite. SAIF will be converting its policyholders to the new systems at renewal.
