Rep. Neal Issues Statement on Humana Exit From Health Insurance Marketplace

WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- Rep. Richard Neal, D-Mich., ranking Democratic member of the House Ways and Means Committee, issued the following statement after Humana announced it will exit the health insurance marketplace beginning in 2018:
"Republican efforts to sabotage the ACA have now driven Humana to exit the Marketplace. Republicans' refusal to provide certainty is harming American business and middle-class consumers.
"Republicans complain there is lack of choice, but it is their policies that are causing competition to wither."
