Rep. LaLota Introduces Increased Cost of Compliance Modernization Act

WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Rep. Nick LaLota, R-N.Y., introduced the "Increased Cost of Compliance Modernization Act " on Nov. 8, 2023. The text of the bill was released on Dec. 8.

H.R. 6304. A bill to increase coverage under the National Flood Insurance Program for costs of compliance, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Financial Services.

This Act may be cited as the "Increased Cost of Compliance Modernization Act of 2023".
