Rep. Kuster Introduces Bill on Rules, Guidance Related to Waivers for State Innovation

WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Rep. Ann Kuster, D-N.H., has introduced legislation (H.R. 2149) to "provide that certain rules and guidance related to waivers for State innovation under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act shall have no force or effect."
The bill was introduced on March 23 and was co-sponsored by Reps. Don S. Beyer, D-Va., and Joe Courtney, D-Conn. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means committees.
