Rep. Franks Issues Statement on Senate Passage of Republican Tax Reform Plan

WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Rep. Trent Franks, R-Arizona, issued the following statement on the Senate passage of the Republican Tax Reform plan:
"It is gratifying to see the Senate function properly and work to fulfill the request of the American people to lower taxes and allow Americans to keep more of their hard-earned money.
"I hope the feeling of accomplishment becomes addicting for Mitch McConnell and the rest of GOP leadership in the upper chamber and that they will do all they can to pass a full repeal of Obamacare, pass common-sense pro-life legislation like Pain-Capable and increase border security so Americans can feel safe again."
