Rep. DeLauro Introduces Bill on Coverage for Scalp Cooling Items Under Group Health Plans

WASHINGTON, April 2 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (H.R. 7322) to "require coverage for scalp cooling items under group health plans and group and individual health insurance coverage, specified Federal health care programs, and the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program."
The bill was introduced on March 31. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce; Ways and Means; Armed Services; Veterans' Affairs; and Oversight and Reform committees.
