Rep. Comstock Introduces Bill on Annual Fee on Health Insurance Providers

WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- Rep. Barbara Comstock, R-Va., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4831) to "extend the moratorium on the annual fee on health insurance providers."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 18and was co-sponsored by Reps. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., and Larry Bucshon, R-Ind. It was jointly referred to the House Ways and Means and Education and the Workforce committees.
