Kenny Baker, CEO of PEC, is pleased to announce his recent acquisition of all outstanding equity in the company previously owned by Professional Insurance Concepts, Inc. (PIC). Mr. Baker has over 25 years of experience in the benefits administration industry and is now the sole owner of PEC.

In addition to the recent acquisition, PEC's remarkable growth required an expansion to over 15,000 square feet in Houston. The company also began planning to build an additional facility on the west coast.

With the expansion, new personnel have been acquired: Kenneth Sylvester, Chief Operating Officer, Scott Stanko, Director of Information Technology, and Ajay Chandra, Senior Information Technology Manager.

Kenneth Sylvester serves as PEC's Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him over 25 years of Operations experience; He served as an executive with Bank of America and AIG for over a decade, and has over 15 years as a successful entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur and agency owner, Mr. Sylvester's companies provided vendor services to Fortune 50 concerns. He understands the Human Resources needs of large corporations and small to medium businesses alike. He works to find the highest quality solution that can be efficiently and accurately deployed while maintaining reasonable costs.

Scott Stanko serves as PEC's Director of Information Technology, bringing with him over 7 years of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience, extensive Selerix platform knowledge, SSIS and J Script proficiency, programming capabilities, and Information Technology management at Texas Life Insurance Company and First Financial Group of America.

Ajay Chandra serves as PEC's Senior Information Technology Manager, bringing with him over 5 years of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience at Microsoft, IBM, and, most recently, at Google.
