Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France will launch this solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available.

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for the Health Insurance Services, including medical, maternity, disability and death benefits for locally employed staffs, former employees, retirees of the Government of the United States of America in France and their eligible dependents. The coverages shall be supplemental for those affiliated to the French Social Security and full coverages for those not affiliated to the French Social Security (i.e. CSR system or U.S. Social Security system).

The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract under which will be issued firm fixed price task orders, for one year with four one-year options.

The estimated number of current employees is approximately 430, with approximately 230 eligible dependents. The estimated number of retirees is approximately 110. Please note that these are only estimated quantities.
